Adult diamondback moths have already been found in pheromone-baited traps in several areas of Manitoba and Alberta. This does indicate an early arrival of the moths. Scott Meers, insect management specialist with Alberta Agriculture, says the early arrival means we’ll probably have issues as the season progresses.
