1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary. To enter, entrants must sign-up for a complimentary Farm At Hand account or log into the existing Farm At Hand account, available through Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture (DF).

Earn up to seven (7) entries per person throughout the contest period.
• Invite two (2) or more users to your farm in Farm At Hand to receive one (1) entry
• Enter your seeding dates in Farm A Hand to receive one (1) entry
• Enter two (2) or more equipment records in Farm At Hand to receive one (1) entry
• Enter two (2) or more storage records in Farm At Hand to receive one (1) entry
• Enter two (2) or more application records in Farm At Hand to receive one (1) entry
• BONUS: Attend a Connected Devices Demo in person at Ag In Motion (July 18 – 20, 2023 in Langham , SK) or virtually to receive two (2) entries

In the event of a dispute on the entrant identity, the person who is the holder of the email address specified in the Farm At Hand account will be deemed to be the entrant.

Contest runs July 15, 2023 9:00AM Mountain Time to August 15, 2023 at 5:00PM Mountain Time.

To be eligible, entry must be received on or before the end of contest closing date. To be eligible, you must be a Western Canadian grower who meets all of the following criteria:
• are legal residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan;
• have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence;
• are recognized by DF as growers (as defined below) or employees of growers; and meet all other requirements set out in the Rules.

A “grower” is:
• an individual actively engaged in producing a crop on land in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan owned by or leased to such individual for that purpose; or
• a corporation actively engaged in producing a crop on land in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan owned by or leased to such corporation for that purpose; or
• a partnership (a “Partnership”) where the Partnership is a demonstrably distinct farming operation in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan:
o comprised of only those members of the Partnership (“Partners”) engaged in producing a crop on land, or with assets or equipment, that is owned by the Partnership or contributed by the Partners; and
o distributes all or a portion of revenue, if any, from such crops among Partners

All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. DF reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to DF – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason DF deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance DF’s interpretation of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of DF within the timeline specified by DF may result in disqualification.

Contest not open to employees of TELUS Corporation (“TELUS”), its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, its sales agents, its advertising and promotional agencies, and members with whom they are domiciled.

By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree to that any and all liability related to this contest by TELUS is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.

2. THE PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner. Winner will receive the following prize:
2023 Can-Am Outlander 500 (approx. retail value: CDN $10,095.00) (the “Prize”). If the Prize winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, Prize will be forfeited and no substitution prize will be provided.

Note: DF will determine, at the time of the award of the prize, if:
• prize will be delivered to the Winner (as defined below) by DF (at DF’s expense) at the location specified by the Winner in writing provided that such location must be in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan; or
• the Winner shall be required to pick up the Prize at a location specified by DF in writing provided that such location must be in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

Without limiting anything contained in these Rules, the Winner (as defined below) agrees to comply with the following conditions at all times with respect to the Prize:
• all ownership of the Prize rests with the Winner once the Winner has claimed the Prize from the specified location;
• any claims or issues associated with the Prize, including but not limited to use, operation, warranty and insurance shall be dealt with between the Winner and the equipment manufacturer only; and
• the Winner is responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, approvals and any other documentation required to ensure the Prize is used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, industry standards and community standards.

Winner is responsible to pay for all costs in excess of the prize value (CDN $10,095.00) which includes but not limited to the licensing, registration, insurance and all vehicle maintenance costs including fuel. The Winner will be required to provide proof of insurance and valid driver’s license at time of delivery for the province or territory in which they reside. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is not transferable (except within household). The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received
The approximate retail value of the prize noted above is current as of May 1, 2023. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual retail value of the prize as at the time of fulfilment and the approximate retail value of the prize noted above be awarded.

3. THE DRAW

A random draw for the Prize will take place at the TELUS office located at 330 1 Ave, Irricana, Alberta on or about August 25,2023 at approx. 12:00PM by a DF representative. Selected entrant will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within four (4) business days, or if the selected entrant does not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to sign a standard release form. If the selected entrant is under the age of majority in his/her province of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Contest Rules. Failure to answer the skill-testing question correctly, comply with the Contest Rules or sign and return the release form within seven (7) days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be selected until the Prize is awarded.

4. PRIVACY

By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by TELUS, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to TELUS’ use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. 5. OTHER

All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged entries. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest without prior notice. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
All entrants that are customers of TELUS at the time of entry and/or at the time of Prize award must have their TELUS accounts in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) in order to be eligible to win the Prize.
