FCStone signs Strategic Alliance with Decisive Farming

CALGARY, Alberta, Canada – On October 25, 2013, INTL FCStone Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary FCStone, LLC (FCStone) signed a strategic alliance and global license agreement with Decisive Farming™, a provider of farm software as a service (SaaS), precision agronomics, farm management and crop marketing. The agreement will allow for the integration of FCStone’s Know-Risk™ software into Decisive Farming’s web-based field to market platform, My Farm Manager™, reinforcing Decisive Farming’s position in the agriculture market as a leader in providing a wholly integrated solution to farmers.

FCStone’s Know-Risk software is used by companies around the world, particularly in the energy, food processing and agriculture industry to track their true margin on a near real-time basis by calculating their position in the market compared to the current price of commodities, including the valuation of futures and options.
