Past President and co-founder of Lanworth Inc. joins Decisive Farming™ Board of Directors

Calgary, Alberta, January 11, 2016 – Decisive Farming™, a North American precision agronomy and data management services provider, adds product leadership with the appointment of Shailu Verma to their Board of Directors.

Shailu is a technology executive and entrepreneur with a successful track record building products, markets, and teams.

Shailu was the co-founder and President of Lanworth Inc., which he led from inception through to a leading data analytics company. Lanworth pioneered the use of data such as real-time satellite imagery, digital soil maps, and weather forecasts to provide analytics in supply chain and risk management. Lanworth’s predictive tools saw quick adoption in the financial markets and became part of Thomson Reuter’s EIKON Commodities portal in 2011.
